As Chairman of the Muni University Council, I am deeply honoured to welcome you to the Muni University Institute of Leadership and Governance (MUILG). This institute represents a pivotal step in our collective commitment to fostering ethical, capable, and transformative leadership across Uganda and the East African region.
The establishment of MUILG is a testament to Muni University's dedication to extending its academic excellence beyond the classroom and into the very heart of community development. We have worked tirelessly with all stakeholders to ensure that this institute has a permanent home and the resources necessary to fulfill its mandate.
