Biography
Eng. Joel Aita serves as the Chairman of the Muni University Council, the supreme governing body of Muni University. In this capacity, he provides strategic oversight, institutional governance, and policy direction that supports the University's academic and operational mission.
Eng. Aita brings extensive professional experience in engineering, infrastructure, and institutional leadership to his role. He has been instrumental in guiding the University's strategic planning processes and ensuring accountability to the government of Uganda and the University's stakeholders.
His leadership of the Council has been marked by a commitment to transparency, stakeholder engagement, and the elevation of Muni University's standing as a regional centre of excellence.
