Dr. Felix Adiburu Andama

Dr. Felix Adiburu Andama is the founding Director of the Muni University Institute of Leadership and Governance (MUILG). He provides the overall academic, strategic, and operational leadership of the Institute, overseeing its programmes, research agenda, partnerships, and community outreach activities.

Dr. Andama brings a wealth of expertise in governance, leadership development, higher education management, and public policy. His academic and professional career has been dedicated to building the capacity of leaders at all levels — from community leaders and civil servants to senior public officials and private sector executives across Uganda and the East African region.

He has led the development of MUILG's flagship programmes, forged institutional partnerships with universities, government bodies, and development organisations, and positioned the Institute as a credible voice in leadership and governance discourse in Uganda.

Dr. Andama holds advanced academic qualifications and has published research and contributed to policy dialogue on governance, public service reform, and leadership in Africa.
